Empowering Women in Leadership

Studies show that companies with more women in leadership positions outperform male-majority companies by over 30%. While some companies have formed initiatives to promote inclusive leadership ranks, the smartest (and most successful) companies have made empowering women in leadership an imperative task.

While the fundamental skills and values of leadership remain constant across genders, women all too often experience different norms and social pressures. This course is designed to address the ins-and-outs of navigating the business landscape as a woman. Along the way, participants will perfect their leadership, mentoring, and communication skills in order to become fully empowered in their leadership positions. A major focus of this workshop is the practice of assertive and persuasive communication and negotiation skills. Crucially, participants will also gain comfort with showcasing their accomplishments and taking credit for their work, strengths, and success.
