Harnessing Diversity

In our 30 years we have observed a strong correlation among increases in workforce diversity and increased innovation and creativity in R&D. Diversity, often regarded as something to manage, should be thought of as an opportunity to embrace and champion. With diversity comes a multitude of benefits for an organization: the plethora of perspective-leading and fresh approaches to problem-solving are just a few. One of the best ways an organization can discover new growth channels and increase R&D output is to focus on advancing diversity.

Harnessing Diversity explores our differences from a myriad of starting points: age, race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, culture, preferences, skills, and more. The training seeks to facilitate dialogue, improve communications, and recognize our individual uniqueness and the value these creates for our interpersonal relationships, teams, organizations, clients, and shareholders alike.
