Gregory Pontrelli is President/CEO and Chief People Strategist for Lausanne Business Solutions. Gregory believes that people-focused organizations, and those whose strategies are developed with their people as their top priority, are ultimately the most successful. This belief is evident in the work that he does to help executives and their HR departments drive organizational results.

Driven by his passion to support and develop people, Gregory lead the transformation of Lausanne from a traditional 30-year-old training consultancy to the modern human capital consultancy that it is today. Lausanne Business Solutions conducts organizational research, provides expert-crafted evaluations to audit and assess talent, develops and delivers training & development programs, measures and improves employee engagement, and implements performance management software and best practices to optimizes performance. This work has attracted clients from some of the world's most respected public and private organizations.

He has presented before the boards of E.I. du Pont Nemours and Company (DuPont), Newmont Mining Corporation, The Ford Motor Company, Visteon Corporation, and Pep Boys Auto Corporation.

Gregory attended the University of Delaware where he received a B.S. in Economics, a B.S. in Finance, and a graduate certificate in Financial Planning. He later attended the Executive Leadership Program at Cornell University.

When he is not working or contributing you can find him hiking and arguing over faults and points on the tennis court.
