  • Situation:
    A North American consumer bank was executing their strategic plan to penetrate and develop a new market in South America. The company realized it needed to provide a high level of accuracy and consistency, not only in their transactions, but in their marketing communications.
  • Solution:
    Lausanne Business Solutions provided a 3-level approach to their translation and localization need. The first level provided native bi-lingual Portuguese-English and Spanish-English speakers. The second level consisted of a native bi-lingual Portuguese linguist reviewing the initial translation and localization. The third level provided a joint review between the translator, linguist, and banking expert. This approach ensured the translations were accurate, localized, linguistically correct, and also correct from a colloquial banking perspective.
  • Outcome:
    The client was able to launch their marketing campaigns with confidence. The campaign was a success and the bank is now actively growing and expanding in its new South American market.
