Our journey began when the Chief of Staff of a prominent automotive manufacturing company approached us with a unique challenge. While their leaders were undoubtedly seasoned professionals with extensive experience and knowledge in their respective fields, it was evident that their ability to lead from the front and address large groups required a more polished and impactful approach. The company recognized the need to refine their leaders' communication skills to align with their vision and drive organizational success.

To address this challenge effectively, we embarked on a comprehensive process that involved key stakeholders and meticulously crafted methodologies:

Alignment with Leadership: We initiated the process by meeting with the Chief of Staff, Division President, and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to align our objectives and goals with the company's overall vision. This ensured that our efforts were tightly integrated with the company's strategic priorities.

Engagement Kickoff: Next, we met with the management team to introduce the initiative and motivate their desire to participate actively. We emphasized the importance of their role in shaping the company's future through effective communication.

Pre-engagement Survey: Before commencing the training, we conducted a comprehensive survey of the leaders' respective teams. This survey aimed to measure confidence in leadership and impressions of communication effectiveness within the organization. It provided valuable baseline data that would guide our efforts.

Workshops and One-on-One Coaching: Our expert trainers conducted a series of workshops and provided personalized one-on-one coaching to the management team. These sessions focused on refining public speaking skills, enhancing executive presence, and mastering effective communication techniques.

Closing Interviews: After the training, we conducted individual closing interviews with each participant to assess their progress, address any remaining concerns, and gather qualitative feedback on their experiences.

Post-Training Evaluation: To measure the impact of our program, we conducted six and twelve-month post-training surveys and interviews. These assessments aimed to gather both quantitative and qualitative feedback from participants and their teams.
