The Development by Perspective workshop gives you the opportunity to receive 360 degree feedback to pinpoint most important areas of improvement for the biggest impact on leadership and execution abilities.

The process begins with the LeaderVision 360â„¢, a fully customizable leadership assessment that focuses on your organization or department's leadership competencies. In this report, peers', superiors', and subordinates, feedback combines to identify powerful insights on leadership style and skills.

This hands-on workshop is organized around individuals' LeaderVision 360 results and focuses on improving leadership weaknesses while harnessing strengths. Participants receive additional coaching and resources to excel in their respective areas.
