About the Leadership Styles Workshop

Whether you are a new employee, non-manager, new manager, or an aspiring manager, or a seasoned manager, you must learn to lead your work and your teams more effectively. No two leaders are identical. Good leaders have many different attributes and practice many different styles of leadership. What style is most effective? What style is right for you?

This training explores different styles of leadership, their validity, and their efficacy. It also reinforces critical communication skills and motivational frameworks that will result in the most effective outcomes. Whether you are new to the workforce, an aspiring manager, a new manager, or even a current manager, this class will give you the tools to harness your natural leadership.
