About the Harnessing Emotional Intelligence Workshop

Emotional Intelligence (EQ) has been described as the most important professional endowment an employee can have. It centers around a person’s abilities to accurately perceive their own and others' emotions, effectively read and use body language, and manage their own and others’ emotions. A high EQ workforce is a workforce that better understands their colleagues for greater team cohesiveness, more effectively manages their emotions to minimize negative impact on their work performance, as well as understands and responds to management, subordinates, clients, and other stakeholders in a superior way.
