PERSONALITIES AT WORK

This training sheds light on one of the most commonly misunderstood concepts affecting teams - personality. From a team perspective, we discuss what personality really is, the challenges it poses in groups, and opportunities it creates for those that learn how to harness it. Participants engage in exercises that helps them explore their personalities in the context of communication, conflict, decision making, and creative aspects, on teams. Teams gain an appreciation for the diversity of perspective and the "conversity" through core commonalities. Participants leave with a framework for optimal interactions and an increased empathy and appreciation of others.

Prior to the workshop, participants will complete the Personivate Profile. The individual results of which will be interpreted and shared in a customized report. On the days of the workshop, participants will be given time to consider the findings. The report will serve as a desk reference for activities and discussions, and also as a take away that can leveraged on the job.
