About the Human Behavior Workshop

Managing a team without understanding individual behaviors is like driving a car not knowing the difference between a steering wheel and the breaks. The only way to effectively manage a group of people is to understand what makes them think and act the way they do. What motivates them? What are their individual strengths and weaknesses? How do they approach and receive communication? This course explores the underpinnings of our behaviors by examining concepts of group dynamics, personality, individual and group affect, and motivation styles.

Through hands on exercises, case studies, and class discussions, participants gain insight into the underpinnings of human behavior and learn to cultivate stronger interpersonal relationships as well as develop leadership skills with an impact.
