About the Executive Leadership Workshop

The Executive Leadership Program immerses emerging and established leaders into an experiential learning that strengthens core leadership competencies and enhances leadership effectiveness.

During this week-long intensive, participants will explore the complexities of organizational dynamics, communication, people management, and leadership from a new perspective. By doing so they will acquire skill sets and insights that will propel their leadership to the next level.
