Interactions between mentors and mentees have the potential to transform lives and careers. Before you can guide your mentee in their growth, you must first truly listen and understand. Although active listening has been widely discussed, it remains an elusive skillset.

How it helps

Formats and Duration

The Mentoring in Practice workshop can be delivered online, in-person, or blended. We offer a variety of durations from 1/2 day to 2 days depending on the desired outcome and level of discussion and exercises provided.
