This mentoring training addresses the core building blocks of mentoring, the relationship itself, and the logistics that surround the relationship. By focusing on both the people-side and the process-side of mentoring, participants leave the training with a well-rounded understanding of how to develop a mentor-mentee relationship that will have longevity and how to create an impact that is sustainable.
