About the Foundations Of Mentoring Workshop

Are you a mentor? Do you wish to be a mentor? Mentoring can be highly rewarding for both the mentor and the mentee. However, there are a variety of aspects you must consider as you begin your mentoring endeavors. This training will lay the building blocks to successful mentoring.

This mentoring training addresses the core building blocks of mentoring, the relationship itself, and the logistics that surround the relationship. By focusing on both the people-side and the process-side of mentoring, participants leave the training with a well-rounded understanding of how to develop a mentor-mentee relationship that will have longevity and how to create an impact that is sustainable.
